Microsoft Outlook 2000

To edit email account information click on Tools | Accounts. The Internet Accounts window is identical to that in Outlook Express.

Where is says Send in this message format: make sure to set it to Plain Text. There is a bug in Outlook 2000, that attachements are not sent in any email sent in Rich Text Format.
