These settings will only work if the handset was purchased from a Vodafone retail outlet.
These phones have been "unlocked " to allow access to the configuration menus.

To Begin configuration
Press Menu, select access internet, 
wait a second or so then press and hold menu to get the 'browser menu'.
 
Choose          Setup 
Select             Primary Data Menu

Add the following:

IP Address:  212.183.137.012
Port # :          9201 
Select           Data Info Menu

Add the following:

Phone # :        +447836900808
User :              user@vodafone.net
Password:      user
Baud Rate:     9600
Idle time out:   600
Line type:        ISDN 

Then

Go back to     Browser menu
Select             Advanced"

Then to "Set Homepage"

Then      "Edit home page URL"
Remove the existing homepage completely and add  http://wap:1999/vodafone.wml

If you do not have an option to "Edit Homepage URL" This may be because the phone may be  locked. 
Please visit www.breathe.com/help/mobile and use the settings that they provide, they offer a similar service to Vizzavi.

It may be necessary to exit the wap browser and then re-enter, or to re-boot the phone.

Note: To get the colon : press the menu key once (its 'title' will change from alpha to SYM1), press the down arrow (the title will change to SYM2) press 8.

To get the forward slash / press the menu key twice (its 'title' will change from alpha to SYM), press the down arrow until the forward slash is shown next to the 4 key, press 4.
